Tiffany? Whats a Tiffa...OK, I got some serious catching up to do! Wonderful to see everyone looking healthy, Diane's boundlessly inspiring energy. I see Val mashing up Facebook with her relentless body combats

Right I'm off for a 10km run to see Cloud Atlas, will be back to read up a month or two worth of posts on this thread and a also hiya to all the newcomers! :)

Do you have a VR headset? If so, maybe we can play a physical sports game or even be sports/fitness partners, hit me up if you keen.

Some inspiration for today (already posted on the inspiration thread but I think this one is much more suitable on this thread)

As its a Sunday morning , going for a run on a Sunday morning when the roads and fields are so peaceful really is one of life's great pleasures and so below is some inspiration (hopefully!) to get everyone running :)

"That's the thing about running : your greatest runs are rarely measured by racing success. They are moments in time when running allows you to see how wonderful your life is "

Kara Goucher

Its a really fantastic quote and soooooo true :)

and below are some perfectly apt lyrics regarding what Greece has said from Baz Luhrmanns everybodys free to wear sunscreen (posted in the inspiration thread few weeks ago) :)

Enjoy your body, use it every way you can… don’t be afraid of it, or what other people
think of it, it’s the greatest instrument you’ll ever own.. Dance…even if you have nowhere to do it but in your own living room, read the directions, even if you don’t follow them

Warm orange breakfast muffins freshly made for the Manchester FMUKers to go fabulously with Yogi's coffee. Have to go quick so they are still warm for the cinema  They have got fresh orange juice in them ;)
