Busy this week working full time at the University so not had much time to look on this forum. Hamper still intact - apart from the bottle of wine!!! :D
Well done on the pound weight loss that is brilliant and a walk on the beach front sounds quite bracing. I'm contemplating eating a packet of buttons as I will really struggle giving up my favourite chocolate if they are in the cupboard :noo: It can be my treat day even though I had one yesterday - it was a birthday meal though :shifty:

Did another run this morning. It's been a while so I must get myself weighed and update my profile in myfitnespal.com. My pop into Boots at lunchtime.

I am not just pleased girl, I am ECSTATIC to hear it!!! That is truly awesome _0^ o/ _0^ o/ It was so simple in the end wasnt it. No fad diet, just eat better, eat healthier and reward yourself with a treat now and again, plus more exercises...perfect, that is role model stuff. Keep this going aruif, have you got your goal in sight or have you reached it? If you get to a point where you find things are stalling, then you know whats next right? you shake things up, do different activities. So well done again. keep that rhythm, its a bueatiful dance.

Greece, busy is good :) I've been busy too, just keep on top of your health and fitness goals in the meantime ;)

Moggers, you've been doing great and we all get hit by bugs, just rest and ride it out...these obstacles are all part of the fun challenges to overcome on your journey :)

Rickyraj, you're quite the runner o/ o/. I've been using runkeeper, will check out this myfitnesspal...is it a smartphone app too?

Get shaking your booty MrGlass ;)
If you're ancient what am I? We are the energetic youngsters ;)
I'm on AL today but not for exciting things, just spent 30 minutes in the dentist chair and have to do the dreaded trip to the vets this afternoon :noo: She's now on steroids and diuretics and seems to be doing well she has even been on the shed roof this morning. The vet had mentioned the dreaded putting to sleep but I will not give up on her without a fight and while she has got quality of life she's staying here. Sorry this is so off topic. I have had a smoothie for breakfast which is 400 calories
and will be healthy for the rest of the day.

Okey dokey, _0^ _0^ _0^ ....la la la walk like an Egyptian....oh no I'm showing blasted age again :( But right you are, wonderwoman because you are only as old as you feel...and in the past 2-3 years I feel like I'm in my twenties. Its another perk on the journey to health and fitness, not only do you feel younger and not only do people say you look younger, you are in fact YOUNGER. Why? Because being healthier and fitter extends your QUALITY LIFE span by several years, I kid you not. And as for you, you look like a teenager, your fitness journey is almost a time travel machine o/

So in the words of Bowie, lets dance...oh there I go again :/

Edit: I just notice the video link...its Tifanny! So that's who....whoaa :shifty:
