Well done on the pound weight loss that is brilliant and a walk on the beach front sounds quite bracing. I'm contemplating eating a packet of buttons as I will really struggle giving up my favourite chocolate if they are in the cupboardbiggins wrote:I am still around only lurking - I don't do all the dvd exercises the young ones do. Lost another pound this past week - walking along the beach front at Portobello on Saturday when I was down there b*ying fish. Still swimming in the outdoor pool.
Busy this week working full time at the University so not had much time to look on this forum. Hamper still intact - apart from the bottle of wine!!!

If you're ancient what am I?
I'm on AL today but not for exciting things, just spent 30 minutes in the dentist chair and have to do the dreaded trip to the vets this afternoon
and will be healthy for the rest of the day.
