Well done on your walk allsinging and looking forward to your Tiffany posts. I haven't been as healthy as I could this past week with all my birthday meals out :D It was lovely to meet up with the very trim rawr_xoxo in Birmingham. Why do I feel that on these open days that I always have to have a cake  plus a few of us Manchester ones went to a style event on Thursday and how did steve know where to find me ie at the cup cake stand  hence now sporting a jelly belly

Menu of the day:
Smoothie with strawberries, almond milk (akh43 introduced me to this as it was on offer 3 bottles for 66p - she's brilliant with the deals) and a banana (300 calories)
Unsure re lunch
Weight Watchers chicken tikka (370 calories) strawberries, weight watchers jelly (9p at Tesco's thanks to akh43 again) and a small scoop of ice cream (100 calories)

Have lots of cleaning and ironing to do today as was decluttering/sorting out yesterday.

Have a fun day everyone o/

I'm afraid its an exercise free day yet again as going to the cinema straight from work.

Menu of the day:
Fruit and fibre (300 calories)
Cup a soup, a bread roll and a Weight Watchers yoghurt (300 calories)
A cereal bar and a banana (250 calories)

I know that the nutritional value of today is dire but I will be eating as I do paperwork at lunch plus eating in the cinema as working until just before 6. Vegetables will have to get back on the menu asap as when it is written down it looks rubbish.

What is everyone else up to today. Please get posting menus then we can inspire each other o/

I had a huge weekend. Pizza and the out to watch Brave with the family, Saturday I was bad and had a mcdonalds but roast chicken for dinner lol and yesterday was a bust as I went out for Yinster's birthday. Back on track today! We did do a lot of walking yesterday as we took the kids to Stirling Castle but today I'm going to get back into the groove by some Tiffany workouts, still feeling tired from that yucky virus so just some gentle stuff today!
Breakfast will be two boiled eggs with two ryvita
Lunch- unsure as yet
Dinner- homemade chilli as I'm going to see Wow a tribute to Kate Bush with my parents and daughter tonight and I can make the chilli now!

I've been on the treadmill today for 40 minutes and burned off 500 calories. :D

I had fruit salad for breakfast, and curried carrot and butterbean soup for lunch. I haven't decided what to eat later. But it will have to be hot - it's very cold up here today!
