Saw this at the BAFTA tour screening at Shaftesbury Avenue tonight, and again people were coming in late, 10-15 minutes, but why so noisy? Still talking and everyone is shushing them and still they continued to talk for another minute or so! The screening was packed. Even though I was early, I was beaten to my fave seats, and could not believe they took four seats between the two of them, but later they had to remove their coats when all the seats were taken!
Brisk, punchy, witty and funny, I really enjoyed this. Great cast, Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence (still so young), loved the parents, Jacki Weaver and DeNiro, his friend from the hospital, Chris Tucker, and his friend outside, all very likeable characters. A very original, and totally different kind of romantic comedy. 8/10
