Re: Weight Watchers
Hey guys sorry i've been MIA for a while! I have been TRYING to be good but I didn't eat as well as I could have this weekend and I've been away since Weds just back today. I've been drinking but not hugely and i have been walking about/dancing and keeping within my allowance.
I'm going to go to the gym tomorrow morening and see what the damage is. It will be a miracle if I've lost anything I think. I have had enormous amounts of fun though - which was VERY much needed and has done my happy me a world of good.
keep up the good work all! :) i'll let you know tomorrow what those scales have said, up or down or still!

How impressive ladies. How hot are you going to look at the meet up?andrews wrote:I've been on the treadmill today for 40 minutes and burned off 500 calories.![]()
I had fruit salad for breakfast, and curried carrot and butterbean soup for lunch. I haven't decided what to eat later. But it will have to be hot - it's very cold up here today!
I'm working silly hours today until 8pm so I'll be on cereal bars as stupidly not allowed myself a lunch or dinner break

Re: Weight Watchers
Scrambled medium eggs with a wee shaving of cheese for breakfast and a ryvita. I know they taste like cardboard but I love bread and this way I feel like I'm having toast lol. Not sure about lunch possibly some oatcakes and houmus and chicken curry with rice for dinner. I'm still finding it hard to eat enough for my fitness pal to be happy any ideas? I'm not a huge eater and 3 meals a day is more than enough for me. I'm usually just under 1000 per day but if I exercise then I'm way under the goal and I think this is my main issue as it slows my already highly efficient but very slow metabolism down further.

Re: Weight Watchers
Well done aruif that is absolutely brilliant. I'm so happy for you.
I too love Ryvita moggers and your menu sounds very healthy and hopefully one of our fitness gurus will be able to guide you on the exercise front and metabolic rate as 1000 calories does seem fairly low.
I'm meeting a friend for coffee and cakes tonight straight from work so will be my treat day then heading straight to the cinema. Once again another exercise free day, I must stop this over commining as not allowing myself time to exercise and even worse time to eat meals
I am having a raspberry and banana smoothie made with almond milk for breakfast and a large salad pitta bread for lunch with a weight watchers yoghurt to follow and the cake later is instead of an evening meal but will keep my calories under 1500 for the day.
Hope everyone else has a good day.

Re: Weight Watchers
Aww thanks! Went to the gym at work, still not feeling back to my usual self so only 20 mins but feeling better after leftover chilli for lunch. Chicken noodle stir fry for dinner tonight. Work days are the hardest to stay on track though
Still hoping to lose another 8kg to get to my goal!
