Lost a pound this week but nothing last week as I have been socialising too much. Also haven't been swimming as discovered three "lumps" on the ball of my right foot which turned out to be veruccas and had to get them frozen off. So not able to go swimming for another week but a friend of mine instead of bringing flowers - she and her husband came for a meal - she brought me a pair of aqua shoes. She wears aqua shoes as has had the same problem more than once and the first pair of shoes she b*ght were too big and she never got round to taking them back - lucky for me!!

Will feel funny wearing shoes in the pool but if it stops me getting vercuccas I'll wear them.

Weather improving a bit so hope to get out and about walking again. Too many lunch dates and a night in a hotel next week so will have to be extra active.

Love aqua shoes, I wore mine all the time when I did aqua aerobics as I'm short and they helped me grip better :) a pound is still a pound less! So well done and enjoy your lunches and hotel stay

Well done Biggins on your 1 lb weight loss., that is brilliant and as Moggers says a lb is a lb. I'm sure that you will look stunning in your aqua shoes  I'm making a concerted effort to be healthy this week as last week due to over committing I was missing meals quite a lot due to time factor - my own doing :nono:

Menu of the day:
Peanut butter on toast (400 calories 8O )
Pea and asparagus soup (new range by Tesco's in the fridge compartment, I had the butternut squash one yesterday and it does make 2 decent sized portions - I can't be doing with it when you just have a bit covering the bottom of the bowl) (130 calories) A slice of wholemeal bread which is just starting now in my bread maker it doesn't take any effort contrary to what certain fmukers say ;) you just plonk it in with some water which takes less than a minute and off it goes. (100 calories) A kiwi and a tangerine (50 calories)
Tesco tikka masala (380 calories) I know that I should be cooking but I have no room in my freezer and this was supposed to be for throughout the week when I was busy  Weight watchers strawberry mousse with sliced strawberries on the side and a Borders strawberry and cream shortcake biscuit (150 calories) it really is a proper dessert.

I made a pact with Greece at 2am this morning when for some stupid reason I had stayed up to iron and I have no idea (well I do but I'm not saying :shifty: ) why Greece was still up that we will be doing the Tiffany workouts today. She will be posted them later so we can do them together - not sure what bit of me will be having a good old workout but I'm sure that it will be fun :cross:

Good luck everyone and please feel free to join in the workouts with us as they are really energising so set you up for the day o/ Shame we haven't got video link as it would be good funny doing it together (except I do it in my pj's and don't look like one of the glamorous ladies on the video - cotton wincyette is just not hot).

Wyncyette is not hot but quite warm Diane! No exercise apart from housework and grocery shopping ( full trolley plus nearly 4 yr old son must burns a couple of calories surely!) but swimming today. Was naughty and had a roll and sausage with potato scone for breakfast 342 calories eek, but will be good at lunch because it mum's for dinner and you need at least 1000 calories for that as she likes to feed us all

I have done an exercise DVD this morning just waiting for my Tiffany friend to get posting and then I'm ready for another workout. I'm meeting up with Andrews and Preston1990 on Wednesday for dinner so need to be good then that can be my treat day
I won't mention I'm going out for another meal on Thursday for a friend's leaving do
Please remember me to Preston1990, Diane. Hope he's getting on okay. Tell him I (and I imagine a few others) are missing him.
