Date Night

#1 Post by AnneJ » Wed Jan 20, 2010 12:54 pm

Claire and Phil Foster (Tina Fey and Steve Carell) are a suburban couple slogging through their daily lives and marriage. Even their "date nights" of dinner and a movie have become routine. To reignite the marital spark, they visit a trendy Manhattan bistro, where a case of mistaken identity hurtles them through the city at breakneck speeds, into non-stop adventure. Remembering what made them so special together, Phil and Claire take on a couple of corrupt cops, a top-level mobster—and a crazed cabbie—as their date becomes a night they'll never forget

Wow, these went fast. Wanted West End ones, but they had all gone, I managed to grab two for Harrow, luckily. Also ive realised viewing seefilmfirst on my iphone is a pain as it doesnt let me scroll down and view all the cinemas the film is being shown at. I just get to see the first five and have to pick from there. Grrrrrrr.

Whatever the film is like I will be looking forward to it! Free films seem thin on the ground so far this year compared to last.
Hope the film is fun though - off to watch the trailer.

Fingers crossed there will be another code out for you Londoners who have missed out.

Yeah I've noticed that too with the iPhone, it's most annoying. Especially when tickets come up after I have left work and I have to try and get them through my iPhone on the DLR!! I was lucky enough to get 2 tickets for Vue West End, and that's cos I was randomly on MSE and saw the post from yesterday about it being through Marieclare and happened to check on there to see if it had gone live. So I got them before they were posted on here.

I was doing the same yesterday and found out about the Oscars screening that Marie Claire is doing on Oscar Night (but it's not free though) with Gillian Andersen
