Homeland season 1 - episodes 1 and 2. Had good reviews from peers so thought I would give it ago - so far so good.

I watched both seasons over two weekends - it has its ups and downs but altogether it is a good show.

Seems to be the same guys that have done Dexter which I have also been watching. Currently half way through season 4.

Not sure where else to post this, so here goes...

Went to the preview of Defiance at NBC Universal last night and thought the series just looked okay. There was blatant copying of big name shows (ie. Game of Thrones, Firefly) and I couldn't really connect to any of the main characters. Might give it a try when it's on TV but not sure yet. 5/10

Enjoyed the evening as a whole though; there were yummy nibbles, we got USB sticks branded with the show's logo in a neat little box with more info on the series and the original video game and the company was great too. Lovely to meet andrew.falconer and Avisute for the first time! o/
