Oh yes. You became the most human of them all. You can now brag about your superior humanity.rawr_xoxo wrote:Was I one of them?Excellent day out that helped humanise alot of people that i previously pictured as trolls with a laptop.

Also, all this talk about the next one being in Manchester. All i have to say is thanks for the heads up. Got about a year to find a way to build up a cashfund to get up there....the homeless don't NEED that money right??

More of a reflection on me and my phone, don't you think?rawr_xoxo wrote:I doubt it. I look anything but normal in every single picture you've sent me :')

Did not know about this *adds to bookmark*. Honestly, i've never had the need to leave London to go to other cities within England (always go to other countries), so never looked for any train deals. Always assumed they'd be extortionate.akh43 wrote:Do you not do redspottedhanky? How do you think most of us "pa*d" for our train ticketsIf you b*y the tickets at the right time £25 return from Euston to Manchester.
In short, I live my life like a bad video game. Whenever i walk somewhere i'm not supposed to go, i hit an invisible wall and go back the way i came

Don't worry, you've got a year to learn!;)TheOnes wrote: Did not know about this *adds to bookmark*. Honestly, i've never had the need to leave London to go to other cities within England (always go to other countries), so never looked for any train deals. Always assumed they'd be extortionate.
RSH doesn't have the best website, but it is the most likely to give away free credit as part of newspaper or FB promotions. I think you can also exchange Tesco Clubcard points for RSH credit.
Split ticketing can save cash - where instead of b*ying a ticket from A to Z, it might (but not always) be cheaper b*ying three tickets for the same A to Z train, e.g. A to B, B to H and H to Z. Bit fiddly, but worth exploring on expensive journeys. You don't get off the train, but may technically need to move around a bit.
Btw, if you have an annual travelcard, you get 1/3 off 'London' train journeys - won't help all the way to Manchester, but it's a trick that took me about a year to discover and is worth knowing.
Love it!TheOnes wrote: In short, I live my life like a bad video game. Whenever i walk somewhere i'm not supposed to go, i hit an invisible wall and go back the way i came
