An in-store Boots trick combining different promos effectively gets you 3for1 on Soap and Glory make-up, saving up to £20. IMPORTANT: It worked for us, but won’t necessarily in every store, so it’s a case of suck it and see (please report how it goes). Plus, we've not had this confirmed by Boots.

Step by step guide:

•Pick up the May/Jun health & beauty Boots mag. The magazine is free if you have a Boots Advantage card (£1 if not, so get a free card if you don’t already). You can find these stacked by the tills or doors.

On page 97 there's a voucher for a free 11ml Soap & Glory Cheekmate cheek and lip stain (usually £8) when you b*y any two Soap & Glory cosmetics by Wed 26 Jun.


•Now combine with another 3for2 offer. There's currently a 3for2 offer on Soap & Glory skincare, but it's also working on the cosmetics. It's on till Tue 11 Jun. Pick two other Soap & Glory make-up items to go with the Cheekmate and you should only p*y for one (the most expensive).

The 3for2 offer takes the cheapest item off the bill, then the voucher gets you the Cheekmate free. It should work on other Soap & Glory make-up products too, but pick items in similar price brackets to get the biggest savings. We b*ght the Thick & Fast mascara £10 and Sexy Mother Pucker £8 gloss stick - so we pa*d £10 in total. See a copy of our receipt.


•Get a £2 off Soap & Glory voucher on top. Register with Soap & Glory and you'll get a voucher for £2 off any Sexy Mother Pucker gloss stick, valid till Tue 11 Jun. We haven't tested this extra £2 off but some forumites say it works to bring the cost down to £8.
