Also now tickets for the Saturday (8 June). It seems both performance as being recorded for a DVD so they want to fill any gaps in the audience.

Listen to This

We have a few complimentary tickets to a unique show at Fairfield Halls.

Charles Hazlewood describes the one-off unique musical hybrid inspiring and combining the electronic dance music of Tom Jenkinson (aka Squarepusher) with classical musicians from the Southbank Sinfonia.

The event is called 'Listen To This' andis on Saturday 15 June 2013 at 7.30pm, at The Fairfield Halls in Croydon.

Tracks from Squarepusher's recent album, Ufabulum, are the starting point. The building blocks of electronic dance music will then be applied across the immense tonal palette of the orchestra. Further layers will be added to the event by including works from radical twentieth century composers such as Messiaen, Xenakis, George Benjamin and Ligeti.
