Keep going Mogz, you will break this last barrier so long as you don't lose it, don't get disheartened, it's the last and most difficult step now, so give a good push and get to your goal!!!! Your nearly there!!!!
You will do it girl just keep going you've just got a week to go then it's holiday time. I had a treat day yesterday as I went to Brighton for the day with DD and met up with prettyxcool, jeanelle and our very own TheyCallMeMrglass and had afternoon tea at the Pavilion ( picture is on the diary thread) but we did just order tea for 2 and there was plenty for the 5 of us. I was up at 4am and got home at 10pm hence didn't do any exercise yesterday apart from walking around all day.
Need to go food shopping today and make some seriously healthy meals for the next 2 weeks and do some exercise today. Hope that everyone else is being good and healthy.

Ha ha but brilliant for doing it. I have lapsed a tad with too much socialising and although not gained weight I need to get my act together and get losing it and adding some exercise into my day. I will eat healthily today but won't have time to exercise as either working late or going straight to the cinema from work. I will have time to exercise for the next 5 days as although working a couple of 10 hour days as I have no housework to do I can and will fit it in.

'Twas a minstrel too far that brought me here, my new spiritual home. Fact is in the midst of my movie-going I have become a lard-bag and living up to my hobbit name Chubb-Baggins. I will be hanging on every word written here from now on...

Great welcome MM. With such positivity I'm already imagining my future svelte self just as I'm imagining you as a manly man and not a Wicked witch.

"Wicked" in the hiphop 90s sense. Don't forget, according to the music thread we're "dinosaurs". Excuse me while I cry into my Horlicks...
Wicked is great. Are you referring to Idina Mendel ? Very pretty.

Welcome on board eumenides and you we keep each other going on here. Post your menus and keep fit regimes then we can bounce (bad terminology) ideas of each other. I've been healthy today with my milkshake for breakfast, chicken salad sandwich for lunch and tandoori chicken a la moviemann and salad for dinner. I will post tomorrows menu and keep fit plan for the day when I get up.
We all need to post more frequently to keep it going. I know from a personal point of view last year with all the support from everyone a few of us lost a significant amount of weight including our absent for the time being friend Preston1990 without whom I couldn't have done it so a massive thanks to you all plus it is very easy to slip into bad habits so lets all keep healthy.

I only come on here to contribute morsels about the beauty of cake eating and trying to be sure that our Weight Watchers don't deprive themselves too much. I have even been known to lead them down the garden path by giving them chocolate bars to eat on the train back to Manchester. But I do read with interest all the lovely menus, exercise regimes and encouragement that members give to each other. Diane65 is chief guru here so you will be in good hands, eumenides. I'm just a lurker which is far too evident when you see the size of me. Too many films and sitting about but I do draw the line at eating anything in the cinema which is probably about the only time in the day I do!
