I feel they need to do a wolverine max 18+ version.
True snikt style
I completely agree with this. WOLVERINE was always an extremely violent and dark comic (from what I remember) and it would be ace to see it as it is supposed to be and not watered down... bub

I am very much looking forward to seeing this. I caught a trailer recently and it looks pretty good.

Give us a second.... :D

Awesome. Loved it. The 3D of course was rough from the second row just left of center but would have been fine if even just a few rows further back.

Stay for the in-credits scene, its super important.

Had tickets last minute thanks to the incredible generosity of winitfamily. Asamaic and I are incredibly grateful. Lovely to see prettyxcool and OH, and ritamistry and OH, and I hear some of you others were around, but didn't see anyone, although had jeanelle pointed out to me as well. We did pretty good with this one, didn't we?

Missed my tall blonde premiere man, where did he go? Being on the aisle inside though was wonderful as got to get up close and personal with Mr. Jackman himself. Was too scared to try for a high-five, but he gave the lady behind me one and seemed quite friendly. And, you know, nice to look at. :P

People may still be getting home, raj101. :p

Was nice to see pxc, her OH, jeanelle and - one of the Claires, not sure which one?, ritamistry and ber OH and obviously caitlinmorton who brought me. Apparently ejwrank and c_t were there too, where were you hiding, ladies? :p As caitlinmorton says, winitfamily is such a star offering up her tickets. Really hope her OH feels better soon, it's a shame they missed out.

Hugh Jackman was lovely, really indulged the fans - took loads of iphone pics, signed plenty of autographs and high fived a hopeful audience member with their hand out as he walked towards the front to introduce the film. He looked slightly bewildered at times, but dealt with the attention really well. Now, there's a man who knows why he's rich.

I enjoyed the film itself. 3D was a bit dodgy from row B, if you slouched back you could see the red and green lines, plus you couldn't read the subtitles. I think from further back seats it was probably fine, but I'm not sure it warrants the 2D uplift.

I liked the characterisation of Wolverine - I've only seen one X-Man film and that was years ago, but I'm familiar with his story through the comics. Enjoyed the action, it was gripping to watch - and I didn't mind the odd cheesy line, Hugh Jackman can pull this off, whereas Liam Neeson makes me want to burst out laughing. I did like the Jean Gray cameo too - but again, this is based on my understanding of their relationship through the comics rather than the films.

There's a scene during the closing credits, so don't walk out too soon.

Solid 8 out of 10 for me. I'd recommend it, but maybe not in 3D. There really haven't been many 3D films recently where I've felt it adds much.

One of the worst superhero films/comic book adaptations I have seen in a long time. Gosh I pity Hugh Jackman having to star in this, even he couldn't save what is such an awful script. Poor story, one dimensional characters, no humour, unimpressive action sequences. The post-credits scene was better than the entire film. 3/10.

Definitely worse than Man of Steel! Even worse than The Green Lantern!
