Back to normality now, Diane! I was feeling very sorry for myself on Monday after overindulging on Sunday night and not getting home until after four in the morning.

Weighed in this morning and I've dropped another pound and now weighing in at 193lbs.
Well done on losing another 1lb that is just amazing. o/ I'm ashamed to say that I have put on 2 lb when I was away so now have 5lbs to lose which is a shame as I was so close to target weight and it has all gone on my belly which is strange as I normally carry it around my thighs  It might be an age thing as  I'm going out for a Tapas tonight so quite difficult to monitor what I'm eating when there are 8 of us sharing but will try and fit in a walk after work and before the meal as should have 45 mins spare so will go for it.

I'm sure you'll manage the weight loss -- be a bit patient with yourself! Enjoy the tapas...in moderation of course!

Enjoy your meal and don't torture yourself about it! No point in doing all this if we can't treat ourselves the odd time! In the grand scheme of things, 5lbs is nothing and you'll knock that off in your own good time!

My next step is to get my bodyfat measured accurately. Looking to put that off as long as possible!

I think that I am getting worse as I have still been in holiday mode all week (food wise) and as I'm getting a take out tonight I wouldn't be surprised if I put on another 1lb. It has to stop as it will end up being half a stone to lose before I know it :nono:  I know that my plan for the coming week is not brilliant nutritious wise but I really want to get myself in focus so I'm going to cheat and b*y Tesco's Light Choices meals for the week just to break my greedy cycle and I know that I will feel hungry for a few days but it has to be. I have been maintaining since last September but now due to overeating its slowly but surely creeping back on again so it will be 1200 calories 6 days a week plus 1 treat day of 1500 calories (Wednesday this week as going out for coffee and cakes) plus exercising 6 days a week until I get back to my target weight. I'm going to France 2 weeks today just for 3 days so will have to be extremely good until then and then straight back on track.

How has you fat measuring gone JohnMilton and your trips Biggins? I know that Andrews is gadding off again as we speak (probably on a plane now) but where is everyone else?

Had a lovely - but very hot - few days down in Harrogate and York. Weather so hot it was difficult to have the energy to move never mind exercise! Did get in the indoor pool once whilst there but everyone had the same idea so it was very busy which puts me off.

Meals were lovely and of course did have wine every night with our meal and a long cold drink while watching the evening entertainment. Haven't had the nerve to weigh myself yet.

You'll lose the 5lbs easily Diane as you have done it before and you aren't very heavy anyway. We all know only too well that it is easier to put 2lbs on than it is to lose 1lb!! :noo:

That sounds brutal to me, Diane! Good luck!

I've not got my hands on fat calipers yet but I have lost 18lbs since 1st of January this year. I'd really like to know my bodyfat percentage to try and figure out how much more I should be aiming to lose.

Well hello there! Back on dry land and have wifi woohoo! I got a tummy bug on the 3rd last day of my cruise so that curbed the eating as I was eating my weight in carbs (bread and pasta every night oops!) We walked everywhere though so pleased to report even after being very naughty last week (full fat irn bru and sweeties) I am still my target weight so about a pound lost overall which is quite amazing considering how much food I was eating and not always the healthiest choices but I did use the gym on the ship when we were at sea. Aussie MIL and family flying home tomorrow, my house looks like an explosion in the baggage hall of Glasgow airport eek! So back on my fitness pal and gym this week, will up my daily calories as I'm not in a huge hurry to lose more weight just yet, happy maintaining

Tesco light choices mushroom stroganoff (450 calories) Tesco light choices mango yoghurt (50 calories)

Back on the calorie counting and wasn't too hungry last night. It will be a walk after the cinema tonight.

Menu of the Day:
Branflakes with a banana (300 calories - I take a larger portion than the recommended 30gm as 166 calories doesn't fill me up)
Houmous with 6 jacobs savours followed by a peach yoghurt (300 calories)
Tesco light choices chicken breast with tomato and basil (on offer at the moment for £1.87 for 2 breasts so cheaper than doing it yourself) served with green beans, carrots and 2 Jersey royal potatoes (400 calories) An apple (80 calories as large)
Probably a Cadburys options at bedtime.

What is everyone else up to today? Need to keep the motivation going, I know that quite a few are on holiday now.
