Thanks and what is shoogling?

Menu of the day:
Belvita and a yoghurt (300 calories) I've eaten all the bananas hence no milkshake.
Ham salad sandwich and an apple (400 calories as large loaf of bread)
Unsure re evening meal

I will either walk to the cinema or do my DVD on my return as only a short film

Where are Biggins and JohnMilton? I know that Baty and Andrews are on holiday. Keep the motivation going I know that's a bit rich coming from me

Well done at the Gym and after your sad time you needed a treat.
I got a lovely compliment of a patient yesterday who I hadn't seen for over a year "You look much healthier now you're not as plump" What can you say to that?
I'm away for a few days so will do loads of walking to make up for the fabulous French food.
Be good everyone.

Hi all,

I've not fallen off the wagon! Well, to some extent, I have! My intake this week has been excessive but being honest with myself, I've needed it. I've just changed my weights programme and I've started doing German Volume Training which has left me incredibly sweaty and sore!

What is German volume training?
I have certainly indulged in the French cuisine and now will be walking around all day in some rather snug trousers (They weren't this snug when I packed them 2 days ago). Hopefully all the walking I plan on doing today will help but I can't guarantee that I won't pop into a patisserie as it's my last day

Have a lovely day.

I haven't fallen off the wagon but not doing too well on it at present. Still yo-yoing up one week down the next and too many meals out etc for me to get my weight down further before holiday in September. :noo:

Have been eating too many carbs recently which is bad for me. Keep saying next week I will ---- but never manage to do all that I intend doing as there never seems to be enough hours in the week!

have a good holiday Diane.

You will do it Biggins o/ I did eat loads on my trip and even managed to catch up with prettyxcool and Canadian_turtle at the St Pancras hotel on my way back where I devoured a divine sticky toffee pudding  I keep on enjoying these trips too much :nono: I did walk around none stop for at least seven hours today so did do a bit of exercise but would need to climb Mount Everest to burn off what I have consumed. It's my attitude that's so wrong at times. When I'm away I say to myself it would be a shame not to experience the different food while I'm there :nono:

Tomorrow or today should I say I will knuckle down to it :wall:
