Aruif, very sorry to hear about your problems and very much hope that things improve. See your GP about counselling -- it may take time to arrange so get in the queue at least. I think taking small steps as you have today by eating 3 meals is good and just the way for you to proceed. Don't take on too much. Be kind to yourself. Take pleasure in small improvements. I know it sounds trite but there are lots of people here who are most willing to support you with encouragement and I'm sure your friends will rally round to try to help. I wish you all the best.

I find it hard to talk about in person so here kind of feels safe. i've had not too bad a day - well it started with left over cake but i did go to the gym and work it off at least!

I will take it day by day just want to get back on track!

3 meals and a fruit bowl is brilliant! Small steps matey and you know we ate all hefe to support you when and if you need it.

I was at a wedding celebration so was not the best behaved this weekend, too much yummy homemade food and cakes lol. School starts back this week so tomorrow will be getting some last minute stuff and probably a lunch treat. We are two peas in a pod. I was out all day yesterday at Harlaxton Hall and although I had a salad sandwich for lunch and no cake 8O (sorry ejwrank I have no idea what came over me ;) ) on the way home we went to a pub for homemade beefburgers and chips :nono:  We did have our lunch at 1pm and it was 7pm when we stopped to eat as we were ravenous.
I'm out for dinner again tonight with some other girlfriends but will eat healthily as they are both on weight loss regimes but won't have time to exercise as getting in from work at 6pm and picking them up at 6.45pm.

Well done aruif that is a big step in the right direction so well done and as ejwrank and everyone else has said we are all right behind you.

Now Diane, this lack of cake is a bit disappointing but glad to see you redeemed yourself with a big supper. I had someone to tea so made a lemon cake and smoked salmon sandwiches which made me feel almost British. Oops -- this probably should not be in the Weight Watchers thread.

I do love a lemon cake o/ Another meal out last night without cake - I really don't know why I have changed so much :giggle: Working 8am until 7pm so it will be sandwiches in the car between visits :nono: Then I'm meeting a friend straight after for a coffee and no cakes 8O Once again no time to exercise which is bad :nono:
Hope everyone else is being good and healthy o/

Eh well done on the no cake Diane....I think lol! Ejwrank you are getting close to the naughty step with your tempting lemon drizzle cake!!
Yesterday was horrendous, I was bad. Stuffed my face and hardly did anything. Back to school shopping does that to you!
Today we've just done the morning walk to school run which is about 1.5 miles all up and will be repeating this afternoon. First day of just me and DS at home after the holidays so a good few hours of housework I suppose as we're off camping at the weekend

There's lots of names on the forum that I recognise from my last time here, but lots of new ones as well! Hi everyone! :D

Well, I got weighed this morning and I am really quite ashamed to say that I'm now almost exactly one and a half stone heavier than when I last frequented these forums. I've actually put half a stone on in the last two weeks alone. Maybe I should change my username to SlimBoyFat. :tears:

So it really is time to say enough is enough and to do something about it (once again  ) - I'm back and I'm determined to lose some weight. o/

And....I'm really looking forward to catching up with you all!! I really enjoyed my time here last time and I've kinda missed you and all of your friendly banter!! :shifty:

Now, it's time to formulate some weightloss plans and targets! And....Can I remember how you update that weightloss tracker thing?

Welcome back Preston1990 -- you've been much missed. I'm sure the other Weight Watcher stalwarts will get you back on the straight and narrow as my role seems to only be the occasional mention of, whisper it -- cake. Still I enjoy reading what others are up to and of course, your very amusing contributions will once again be most welcome.
