Re: Weight Watchers
I didn't have any of my tablet, I forced it on the others muhahahaha! It was the peanut m&m's that jumped into my mouth.
So far crunchy nut cornflakes with skimmed milk for breakfast (not brilliant but better than having biscuits later which I have been doing urgh)
Small slice of wholemeal toast with baked beans for lunch
Homemade chilli con carne for dinner with a wholemeal pitta.
Then the cinema again tonight, 1D film so will end up eating sweets to stop me muttering.....

Re: Weight Watchers
Well done on today's good vegetable choices, Diane.
I'm thinking that with a bit of luck you may just about get away with your earlier transgressions and avoid a severe tongue lashing from Mr G because he probably hadn't noticed that
DIANE HAS BEEN REGULARLY EATING OUT AT MACCY D'S
Anyhow, Good Luck with that!
Moggers your today's meal plan looks very sound!
Those particular M+Ms are the best type, as they contain quite a high proportion of peanut, so obviously are a good healthy choice. In fact, they could legitimately be counted as 1 of your 5 a day. So well done
TODAY'S MENU
1. Porridge oats with semi-skimmed milk, strawberries and black grapes; Earl Grey tea with slice of lemon.
2. Medium sized salad: assorted leaves, celery, red onion, cherry tomatoes, hummus, red, green, yellow peppers. ham, still moist in the middle hard boiled egg, green beans, balsamic vinegar, crunchy grain mustard.
3. Two corn on the cob with maybe just the merest smearing of olive oil and ground black pepper.
4. Roast vegetable (Courgette, red onion, red pepper, aubergine) and mozzarella couscous.
5. Two small, ciabatta based, tomato, red onion and basil bruschetta (as a supper snack, in lieu of the hobnobs).
I've decided not to work out the calories any more because, frankly, although I can see that it's a good idea, I find that it's too much of a faff. I'm going to let my eyes, stomach and my common sense determine my portion control from here on in. I'll be using some smaller, than our normal, plates and bowls as an aid to this.
OK Tracker now reset - just 41 pounds to lose - what could possibly go wrong?! First weighday tomorrow!!

Re: Weight Watchers
Preston, this is my kind of weight watching if you are going to include moggers' peanut M& Ms as one of your five a day. Think I may have to join up after hearing this good advice.

Make sure that you take suitable protection against all that horrific screaming - A box of Strepsils should do itmoggers wrote: I have one direction as my pain that I need to eat through tonight aaaarghhh.
Re: Weight Watchers
I am assuming that if moggers chooses lemon Strepsils that will also count as one of her five a day???Preston1990 wrote:Make sure that you take suitable protection against all that horrific screaming - A box of Strepsils should do itmoggers wrote: I have one direction as my pain that I need to eat through tonight aaaarghhh.![]()

Re: Weight Watchers
Now come on people we know that we have a certain delightful lady on here who does encourage us all in the wrong direction (perfect for our treat days
) but we won't be getting the body beautiful at this rate
I must admit that chocolate Hobnobs and peanut M&M's are irresistible and its making me very hungry.
