My second 'horror' movie of the week..............after that Richard Curtis abomination on Sunday..............and my second 0/10 film in a week. This did have more humour than About Time though.............although I think it was unintentional!
This was about as scary as One Direction offering you out. No tension, no subtlety, just a dull slasher that became more and more boring as it went on. It did 'attempt' a tad of deadpan humour toward the end, but it was so obvious and predictable that even that was tedious
The only 'ironic' 'humour' is that the dopes committing the killings were so fastidious as to include the correct use of the apostrophe in the bloody message! So actually I might change the mark, like someone else did, to 1/10 for that!

You're last should be renamed! The shaky camera work, to the storyline so obivious I was was waiting for a big arrow to appear and say it's all down to this person! Was the writer having a go at the Aussie by having guys in sheep masks chasing her? Too predictable so tempted to leave and see the car crash in next screen to see the One Direction movie!

Not the scariest film of the year as critics say, but good for a few jumps :)

Saw this in Glasgow last night and defo more screams in one direction film next door. I don't think anyone screamed but plenty of uncomfortable laughs. It had the Kevin McAllister versus the wet bandits in home alone feel about it but with Gore. It's not a film for everyone but I went as my daughter was at 1d film. Last slashery type film I saw was Cabin in the Woods which i'd give 4/10. Perhaps in the Directors Cut there will be more bad guys being hit by pots of paint and hot tar etc etc.

Cineworld Unlimited is cheating! ;-)

After glancing at the comments here it does seem a bit different, do people think there's enough in there to appeal to us not horror fans? - The last thing I want to see is some video nasty type film.
By the end of the film it's transformed into really dark comedy rather than horror. There's a few gory moments, but the film doesn't dwell on them too much.
Thanks for your recommendation and to SocialFlutterBy as well. Partly because of them and the other comments on here I thought I'd give this a go even though its not by cup of tea.
Halfway through I thought it was a dreadful, amateurish, typical slasher movie, with a knock off Carpenteresque soundtrack. The second half had some, but not enough, humour which improved it a bit.
It still could have been smarter and funnier though and it years to come will only be remembered for the blender. 4/10.

Firstly there is nothing special or fantastic about this film. Virtually no laughs but a few over the top moments (most noticeably one with a food blender). The film has a weak script and in loads of places is very badly acted by all the cast, which consists of no one we've ever heard of apart from the australian girl who was on home and away!!. The film's soundtrack consists of two pieces of music, one i cannot remember but the other sounds like it belongs on the first terminator movie. Overall i'm glad this was free because i would not p*y a single penny for tickets to this. The gore is in good supply and there are some nice close ups which is why this gets a 2 not a 0.
