I really like this show. It just gets better and better as it goes along and it is a huge hit in the US.RickyRaj wrote:Person of Interest Season 1.
Looks interesting and has 8+ reviews on IMDB. Wasn't aware this was a J J Abrams production and was written by Christopher Nolan's younger brother. Looking forward to it even more now!

I've got the first season on DVD, just review copies that were swag from my old job, but whatever, I'll take it! Eventually I'll get around to watching it. My parents love it!funthing29 wrote:I really like this show. It just gets better and better as it goes along and it is a huge hit in the US.RickyRaj wrote:Person of Interest Season 1.

I wasn't too crazy about it after the pilot - never made it to episode two. But maybe will give it a second shot ...caitlinmorton wrote:I've got the first season on DVD, just review copies that were swag from my old job, but whatever, I'll take it! Oh yes, you should, it really picks up by about episode 10 when it really finds its stride.

Golf balls going all over the place from my first golf lesson. There is something therapeutic about hitting a golf ball that definitely makes you feel better!

I watched that programme about Harrow public school yesterday. One of the boys said he didn't like wearing a straw hat. I think the way he said it was the posh version of 'I look a right t*t in this hat'.

Re: What Did You Watch Last Night?
and he'd be right, man those poor kids. well not poor if their dad is shelling out £30,000+ each for them. I mean poor them being labelled as 'Etonians' for life now they've been on tv. Surely being forced to like rugby is bad enough?
Despite the premise the programme wasn't too bad, so far. Though its obviously nothing like life there, wheres the drugs, the booze, the old boy network and the gaylord backlife. Not sure where Sky are going with this. Is it being funded by politicians to make Tory life seem fashionable? Whatever its aim, its well shot enough to watch, bar the plethora of rather ugly kids present.
yeah I know they call them Harrowvians but that's just an unknown word outside their school gates, so I go with 'Etonian'. Its the same thing really, you p*y over half a million for an easy road to an old boy uni place.

Re: What Did You Watch Last Night?
But the best thing ever is that they get a piece of chocolate on their pillow. I don't know if that was every night, first night or just when Sky are filming night.
But, even BETTER, was it was LINDT. I don't like chocolate, in general, but I do like Lindt.
