Good turnout by FMUKers though. jeanelle, ejrwrank and I were told to start the queue by security, after loitering around the entrance for a while, but a couple of ladies who were there loitering with us before the queue started, stood behind us, little did they knew that three, would turn into 13 as a trickle of other FMUKers arrived before the doors opened, as we had collected tickets for them! But we then told them to go in front of us, the least we could do, I suppose!
When the doors finally opened we were asked to go straight up the stairs, no loitering (there were nowhere to loiter anyway, as the very small foyer was jammed with photographers. Once inside Screen 1, the nice rows were reserved, so we sat on the raised level seats.
Then we waited ages while the rest of the seats filled up ever so slowly. Finally someone (I think he said he funded the film) came out to introduce the director, who then introduced the cast who stood for a split second and then left to take their seats in the audience. There were no spotlights on the cast so we could not see them that well, but I did see Sheridan quite well when she went to sit down, and she looked very glam.

Well the film grew on me, and I kind of liked it as I got into it. The story revolving round the ladies toilets in a nightclub where a group of girl friends discuss life, love and the future, lends itself more to a play on stage, which the film is adapted from, "When Women Wee". I thought it was well acted by all the cast, and the topics touched are very realistic, taking drugs for the first time, wanting a better life etc. I was quite moved. The toilet attendant was funny, and is so like the ones I have met in nightclubs!

Did not see anyone famous in the audience while waiting for the film to start, except while we loitered outside before the queuing started, saw Bill Oddie going into the cinema, following his wife, and then on my way out, saw Celia Imrie rushing outside down a side street on her own! That seemed rather sad.
