I'll add my list here if that's ok, I missed being a member of the 100 movies club :(

Free previews

Er....NONE

However, with my Cineworld Premium Unlimited membership which I p*y £18.90 a month. I can see as many films I like including 3d films without p*ying a penny extra.

So each month, I'll see how much each movie effectively costs me. I saw 13 movies in January so that's £1.45p for each movie. Happy with that, that's less than a single bus fare journey!

pa*d for 8O 8O 8O

January
1. Paranormal Activity 5 5.5/10 tiresome and ludicrous entry but a step up from number 4. A Chronicles style segment entertained for a while and a Latino flavour added a slight comic touch
2. American hustle 7.5/10 Super performances (particularly Bale) outweigh a lightweight caper reminscent of the superior Newman/Redford "The Sting" that thinks its smarter than it really is. Good fun though
3. Frozen 3D (2nd viewing) 9.5/10 magnificent return to the Disney Silver Age classics such as Beauty and the Beast, a film that I will watch many many times more. Do I want to a build Snowman? yes oh yes please
4. Gravity 3D (2nd viewing) 8.5/10 inevitably over hyped but a thrilling journey with breathtaking visual and audio impact that can only be appreciated on the biggest screen you can find.
5. Devil's due 3/10 We are due a far better version of Rosemary's Baby than this insufferable heap of manure
6. Captain Philips 9.5/10 Absolutely riveting, edge of the seat stuff. Greenaway proving to be the master of true story film making. How can Toms Hanks not get an Oscar nom for this is beyond me,
7. Jack Ryan 7.5/10 Entertaining enough "origins" story that gets rather stupidly OTT at the end but very likeable cast and an assured direction by Branagh who also spices up the film with his Soviet villanous turn
8. Inside Llewyn Davis 8.5/10 A typical Coens film to simply drift and sail with to no particular destination. Coens treats you like a bitch and assumes you like it. Me, dammit, I do like it and I want more
9. August: Osage County 9/10 Its the Streep and Roberts show and I love it. Streep is the queen of Hollywood and aint no gonna take her crown especially in this highly entertaining Tenessee Williams style film
10. Grudge match 7/10 People need to stop holding grudges on Sly and Deniro's film choices and enjoy a lightweight rumble with their huge charisma and presence. I love them, they give it all they got, honor them.
11. Out of the Furnace 7/10 Bale once again commands my attention with a mesmeric perfomance while Woody frightens the bejusus out of me but the film lacks finesse, narrative flow and humour
12. I frankenstein 4.5/10 Two Face becomes Ten Face grunting his way through a bland storyline and laughable bad dialogue. But man, the gargoyles, fights and battles are AWESOME. Rent this movie just for that
13. Lone Survivor 8.5/10 Thrilling, at times frightening depiction of soldiers at war with the Taliban. Its not all gung ho, there is humbleness and enlightening facts that escape our general perception

February
14. Mr Peabody and Sherman 5/10 A faithful adaption to the awesome original characters that starts of highly entertaining and smart but sadly degenerates into very childish nonesense. Pity
15. Dallas Buyers Club 8.5/10 It may only be half true but its highly entertaining and thought provoking sporting two career defining performances and beautiful chemistry in an unlikely friendship
16. Robocop 2014 7/10 A Welcome return for one of my top five superheroes given an affectionate treatment with an enjoyable high calibre cast but lacks panache. It still entertains despite a generic direction.
17. The Lego Movie 7.5/10 Relentlessly filled with parody and fun but with hit and miss jokes but by the end of the film everything takes a new perspective to elevate it as the greatest audacity of product placement ever
18. Robocop 2014 (2nd viewing) 7.5/10 on 2nd viewing I up my rating to 7.5. I really enjoyed the film more this time without so much of the original's influencing my judgement. A very worthy reboot offering a lot to enjoy in seperation from the classic original
19. The Monuments Men 6/10 Great true story, likeable stars and so much potential but squandered from lack of excitement and thrills, bland execution and poor structure. Only Cate Blanchett and Bonneville shine way above the mediocre material.
20. Cuban Fury 6/10 Likeable peformance from Frost in this Salsa version og Grudge Match, Salsa sizzles but comedy is flat footed with support characters too caricatured and cringeworthy. Frost cant Salsa dance and why the hell is he the same shape all the way through?
21. Jack Strong 8.5/10 Top spy thriller of the year. True Story and a frightening one. Relentlessly tense with a true world war threatening story as alarming as the Cuban missile crisis. Must see not just for entertainment but for its important historical education too
22. Her 7.5/10 Innovative, clever, hilarious, poetic, soulful and at times downright terrifying but I wished it took a more dynamic direction in the last act, instead it frustrates and becomes uncomfortable. Nevertheless, this is radical cerebral sci fi
23. Only Lovers Left Alive 8.5/10 Like sipping the best vintage wine, a story of two eternal lovers played by two beautiful creatures of the night that I could drift with for an eternity.
24. Nymphomania Volume 1 9/10 An amazing epic cerebral experience. An opus journey of sexuality and social repressions. Not a self indulgent porn movie, not one bit. Volume one is almost an outright black comedy.
25. Nymphomania Volume 2 9/10 Volume two takes a very dark turn but retains a compelling narrative with a sprinkle of the first volume's dark humour. Almost a masterpiece of auteristic filmmaking
26. Strangers on a Lake 3/10 Perhaps not fair for me to rate this film as its just not my cup of tea. French thriller about gay men but it is awashed with an abundance of men genitals shoved into my face. An unpleasant experience. But there is a murder thriller aspect that is intriguing
27. A New York Winter's Tale 6/10 This is laughably bad but in a very cute and strangely likeable. Its so hilariously sincere that I find it sweet in a sympathetic way.
28. The Invisible Woman 7.5/10 A typical forbidden love story period drama but nevertheless absorbing and with an excellent performance from Fiennes
29. The Book Thief 7.5/10 Gorgeous production, lovely performances, absorbing and tense with some very cruel moments but altogether an unfulfilling narrative which is a pity
30. Stalingrad 8/10 Handsome big budget production, the Russian equivalent to 300 in style but set in WW2, has more heart as it focusses on the unique parallel love stories and is moderate in the stylish action effects
31. Non-Stop 7.5/10 Highly suspenseful thriller that is almost as non-stop as the title promises. Neeson Rocks as usual. Last act resolution somewhat rushed and OTT but overall a thrilling ride.
32. Yurusarezaru Mono (Unforgiven) 7/10 Will be great for Japanese audience who have not seen Eastwood's brilliant Unforgiven. Otherwise, its an inferior scene for scene remake with terrible dialogue but the finale is quite awesome and slightly different

March
33. Ride Along 6/10 A pure Kevin Hart vehicle to showcase his comedy. He is naturally funny and energetic and his delivery compensated for the film's scripted hit and miss scripted jokes
34. Non Stop (2nd viewing) 7.5/10 My second viewing (not deliberate, just friends wanted to see it) and surprisingly, I enjoyed it as much as first time picking fitting all the clues together
35. The Zero Theorem 8/10 Vintage Gilliam at his best, a quirky and weird spin on Brazil with great performances, especially from actress Thierry Melanie
36. Under the Skin 7.5/10 Disturbing but not scary low budget serial killer movie with the predator played by Scarlett Johanssen...and oh she's an alien. Fascinating and eerie.
37. The Need for Speed 7.5/10 Cliched, auto scripted but an absolute blast
38. The Budapest Grand Hotel 8.5/10 outstanding comical performance from Fiennes complements the Anderson's exhilaratingly wild and surreal narrative
39. Starred Up 8/10 highly intense and psychotic, unpredictable and rivetting.
40. The Muppets 9/10 Brilliant sequel, plenty of laughs and toe tapping musical numbers had me on a high
