Diane that's so sweet, thanks :)

Will be forcing hubby (who gave me the cold - grr!) to look after me tonight. I cooked for him all of last week. Totally his turn!

It's not me who's going to win the not so thrilling result of having lost just 1lb, I'm not odds on favourite!!
But I am now just under 11 stone so 13lbs to go and my BMI is just under 25 so pleased with that but too curvy for my frame. Well done whoever the stars are o/

JMD, was just waiting for your data before I post the results!

Diane, losing 1lb is ok, you know you can do better ;) And you know why you havent, whats this about eating out 12 days inn a trot, eh? You know what, I like socialise outside too, this forum is the only forum I actually spend anytime online on. I dont use facebook, myspace, or IMs - naa, I'm an old school socialiser - its outdoor for me! And that means eating out often....but NOT for 12 DAYS in a trot!...You have to learn to say NOOO, sometimes, girl!!!

But if you do eat out, you can still eat healthy, I post these links a couple of weeks ago but here they are again (for everyone), great tips:

Forget the election results! These are the real results, the nation is waiting for. Betting stations are now closed.

Well, no question about it, super Annej, sonic speeds to victory in this round with an incredible weightloss of 6lB. Altogether she has lost 12lbs since we started the project 6 weeks ago. Brilliant stuff.

In second place, its naughty Diane! She reaches her target despite eating out 12 days in a trot. Good grief, I really must set a slightly higher target for her! But well done, I know you are actually keeping track of what's going in and that really is so important. Keep up the walks and are you still doing the DVDs? Step up the intensity a bit, change the pattern a little.

Alsinging, well done for getting back on track after losing your focus for a while. Try stay on it, and have fun doing it!

JMD, step on those scales!

And as for me, well, my sickness set me back a little again, as I was eating the same diet but not exercising at all for 5-6 days. So my metabolism must have slowed down. But hey I still lost 2.6lbs and I am back on it, so forward we go!

Even though some have not reached or exceeded their fortnight target, we all still lost some weight
so huge PAT ON THE BACK, everyone! Image

So what happened to this close race I hyped up?!? Um...I got my stats mixed up! duh!

To everyone else, not in the project (you can if you want to be!), hope you enjoy following the challenge, and perhaps maybe spur you on to chase your own goals.

Well done AnneJ that is fabulous o/
I shouldn't be in 2nd place and getting compliments as I didn't reach my target I only lost 1lb not 2 so should be last on the list and I am keeping up with the DVD but have to close the curtains so I don't scare the neighbours, I will be back hill walking on Sunday as my friend can go again (too bleak to go on my own) so won't have to walk as far to get a work-out as I do on the flat. I will have to stay in more as I'm spending too much money and the house is getting dusty!!!
Thanks for keeping us all on track and I will have to be tagged if I continue going out so much!
