Not Receiving Email Alerts

I wouldn't mind being at the end of alert queue. Ticket availability changes with cancellations and more seats released. So even if you are alerted too late, you then at least know about it & can keep checking for more tickets.

If we think the problem is too many people subscribed then why not unsubscribe everyone and then let subscriptions start again. That way all the inactive email addresses/members would go. I don't know if this would solve the issue but it's worth a go. It's also worth noting that you can get browser exsentions that will alert you to new posts but I think these only work when you're already online.

The inactive accounts are already purged every few weeks. It doesn't help for more than a day.

I think it's gotten worse, most of the time these days I don't get any of the ff alerts.
