I know, it's probably the parent's choice of word.

Some parents are excellent, but some think because they have a kid the world revolves around them - breastfeeding where they want, taking babies to the cinema then complaining if asked to leave, prams take precedent over wheelchairs on buses, complaining if restaurants ask them to stop their kids running around, bet if the waiter spilt hot soup over kid, they'd sue the restaurant. The other day I read a school had installed cctvs in the loos due to bullying (not cubicles), some father was complaining - wonder what he would have said if it had been his daughter who was bullied.

I particularly like it when they take to social media to complain, eg the woman who took baby to screening and was refused entry/asked to leave, and, instead of sympathy, is slated with comments like 'why take baby to see a noisy film?', 'it was a 15, baby was only few months old'.

I only really get annoyed if the same person keeps getting up to go past me, or if a group come sin late and chatters about where to sit while the film is on.

What does annoy me is when people sit next to you even though there are other seats available. It's happened a couple of times, nothing major - I think I have one of those 'friendly faces'!

Children are fine.

There is however nothing worse than someone eating Nachos at the cinema.
