My hubby was keen to see this and I was happy either way, but really glad I went as thoroughly enjoyed it. Plenty of action, reasonably good storyline and Kevin Spacey was his usual brilliant self. Time flew and would recommend. 8/10

Similar sentiments to others really. Nice concept mixing the music in with what was more or less a clever version of Fast & the Furious. Grabbed me for 90 minutes, but then went too far and meandered to an unsatisfying ending. Nevertheless, worth a look just for the novelty of the approach and some excellent performances.

Went in expecting not to like this, but was very pleasantly surprised. Great opening scene. Thought it ws going to be a bit la la land (ick), with the moves going along to the music, fortunately that stopped quite early on. Great acting, Spacey as a fabulously likeable baddie and lily James accent bang on for the most part, but that was me listening out for flaws. Loved the Samm character, shame there wasn't a little more of him. And the monsters inc line towards the end, had everyone laughing.

I went to see it last wed at DOK . I had no preconceptions about it... no research etc. i was pleasantly surprised at this delightful summer teen blockbuster with Kevin, Jon & Jamie and the other stars. loved the music and the action and the driving scenes. Normally not a fan of teen movies or Fast & furious .. but this was fantastic in a heady mix of empabthy, teen angst about luv and gangster mystery. Not a film i would normally watch but recommend for young teens

Stupid title! But the film is fast paced, entertaining, never boring and even has a touch of originality in it. Good acting, well produced but maybe not aimed at the over 60s, not what I usually watch but the youngsters will probably love it! It was much better than I expected.

We were surprised at how many managed to turn up in Cardiff as Robbie Williams was having a concert on next door in the millennium stadium and the city was packed with very little parking available. Was concerned that he might break through the sound proofing but no all was ok. I really enjoyed this, quite pacey, great tunes and a storyline (ok, weakish but it had one), laughs, gasps and of course the cars.
OH was awake throughout which immediately scores over 7 and another 2 from me to give it a 9

Downside was that the 'boy' on the door only gave us one pair of sunglasses between us :(

They'd put the sunglasses out before everyone had arrived and a load of them got knicked.

Am I the only one who thought it was bad? The script was terrible and full of cringey lines like 'not groovy JD, not groovy at all'. Ansel aka Baby was just a bit odd and not all the charming Baby I imagined from the trailers. The only good thing was the soundtrack, which even after a while started to grind my gears.
