Liam Neeson doing what Liam Neeson does.
8/10 score . Kept you going trying to spot the clues. Funny in places.

I thought this was awful. The only thing missing was the usual speech from Taken -- "I don't know who you are are....but I will kill you". C'mon Liam Neeson -- let's see you in something worth seeing.

Agreed. It was very samey. Very Taken. Talk about typecast. However, as a thriller I was duly thrilled. So I was entertained and happy. Not one for the DVD collection though, and no Oscar Wildes for this either.

Spent the majority of this incredibly daft but moderately entertaining Neeson/Collet-Serra New York set thriller distracted by the sheer amount of Brit actors playing Neeson's fellow commuters (ooh look it's Andy Nyman, that's Clem Fandango/Ash Tyler from Star Trek Discovery, and now there's Lady Macbeth, and Augustus Dove from Ripper Street, the guy from a The Fast Show sketch with Felix Dexter, the warden from Paddington 2 etc, etc).
As suspected, the end credits revealed that a lot of it was done at Pinewood studios.

Still it kept my mind off the many many plot holes and implausibilities, so that's something.

I was surprised at how entertained I found this.
It kept my attention right to the end.

Totally ridiculous but fun nevertheless.

Saw it in IMAX which in all honesty was a bit pointless given that most of the action took place on the train.

Had to laugh at the

moment.

Is Liam Neeson becoming the modern day equivalent of Charles Bronson ? At least the lead in the upcoming Death Wish remake as already been taken.

Hilarious action comedy. Liam Neeson in Taken 47! Still, enjoyed it as action fluff in the season of worthy films. Kept me entertained and cheered me up.

Thanks. I did wonder if it would be worth watching on IMAX.
