Much preferred the first film. Agree with Se7en this was a bit OTT for me too. Didn't leave me grinning from ear to ear or singing the songs when I left the cinema like the 1st one did but still an enjoyable film.

I'm considering a final viewing this afternoon . . .and a record 5 times viewing. Great to have an Odeon Limitless card . . .feel good film to cheer me up!

Just like @Deanbutlin I really preferred the first movie.
Don't get me wrong, I did like watching that second movie, but I felt like it was missing the "simplicity", if I can say, of the first movie.
