If bevvy doesn't complain I don't think anyone else should! I didn't see any kids younger than 2!
Awww....I'd like a 2 year old like that. Bless.

Awwwwww....I'll have to borrow her from Bevvy
lol I actually like the idea of skipping to 2 years and missing out on the nappies, sleepless nights etc....get to the good part where they can do everything themselves and they're fun

Re: Toy Story 3
The only thing with an hour wait was that most children (including mine) have finished their popcorn and drink BEFORE the movie. But there is the a bright side to it! Less distraction and they even managed to use the toilet again at the last moment, after finishing the food! No going back and forth during the movie! I prefer it this way! Would never complain re something like that! Yes, some kids were asking "When will it start?" but it's the same as "Are we there yet?" while you're driving, parents are used to that...
Re Times+ cards - there were quite a few families before and after us HOLDING THE CARDS ready! That made me feel a bit uncomfortable...
May be I was entering the cinema at the wrong time and with the wrong crowd....

No way, I like it when they're under 9 months. You can dress them in cute kids clothes and they don't strop and you can pick them up as much as you like and they dont want to get off and run around!Sydney_Bristow wrote:Awwwwww....I'll have to borrow her from Bevvy

When they are 2, they get cheeky and have tantrums!

I do agree a_person - I wouldn't have had the cheek to complain, it was such a great opportunity. Wonder if some of the complainers are Times+ cardholders. Maybe there is a feeling of entitlement as they p*y for the membership (although I still think they're ungrateful whingers).a_person wrote:bevvy had a two year old with her and a four/five year old child (well I think he isopas wrote: However I wonder if people with younger children found it more difficult. Lol mandmc10, I would have felt uneasy walking in with the crowd proudly waving their Times+ cards. I remember this woman trying to shove her card in the usher's face. I wanted to tell her to stop showing off and put it away but thought I better not draw attention to myself, a more stealth-like approach was in order.

Re: Toy Story 3
If the complainers are Times Plus members they only have themselves to blame as it was quite clear on the website that it started at 3. I am a Times Plus member myself and wouldn't dream of complaining about sunday's screening, though I had hoped that the long gap between doors opening and the film starting was because something would be going on in the foyer -like for that Furry Vengeance screening.opas wrote:I do agree a_person - I wouldn't have had the cheek to complain, it was such a great opportunity. I was, however, rather irritated by those people that started to slow hand-clap about 15 minutes before the film was due to start and I then started to worry if that would cause my grandson (he is 6 by the way - 7 on monday) to start moaning.

Re: Toy Story 3
Saw this at the Empire Leicester Square. The movie was just wonderful. Made this grown man cry and reminisce on my favourite toys from my childhood. Pixar are going from strength to strength and haven't made a dud movie yet.
And for those complaining about the wait for the film to start, it was stated on the website that it would start at 3pm and how can you complain for something that would have cost a family of four a small fortune to see at the cinema in 3D as well.
Thank you to times plus for this.

Roads? Where we're going, we don't need roads.
