ODEON looks to be sticking to their dates, but I wouldn't be surprised if a fraction of their cinemas re-close to keep down running costs until August.
u were right! wimbledon closed again.

and now the remainings ones say you cant book a specific seat, you will be ushered to your seat. Busy chaos for the staff.

and now epsom is open on 7th, weird film choice again.

Odeon email making changes to opening dates. I don't know if this is for all Odeons but certainly for Glasgow Quay.

"We’re back. ODEON Glasgow Quay's doors will reopen from Wednesday 15th to Sunday 19th July for big-screen classics and 2020 releases.

We’ll then be back every Friday - Sunday through the Summer to bring you big-screen entertainment, and we’ll extend to normal all-week opening hours as soon as the big new blockbusters arrive.

As a reminder, we will be giving you Limitless for free in July. Your direct debit payments will not restart until August. Just our way of saying thank you for your patience."
Preferred cinemas: Best: Glasgow Quay, Glasgow Braehead, Glasgow Renfield Street, Glasgow Fort & Paisley
Others I'd go to: Glasgow Showcase Baillieston

Local Odeon I've now visited 3 times since lockdown reopening and enjoyed each one, from Friday have to wear a mask hopefully that will help people to keep their traps shut during a film, if nothing else.

I couldnt resist the Lord of the Rings extended at the Cineworld superscreen. Practically empty cinema though it was a sunny day. Just five masked people in the auditorium.

Can’t wait for cinemas to be back full. Watching a film. Eating popcorn. My Picturehouse is open so going to go and see Nomadland. Heard it’s been quiet though. Hope people go out.
