B move popcorn, with a big A movie setpiece at the end.
Thismight be the first time that the havve got a "game" movie acceptably watchable, but its still a B movie.

Enjoyed the movie when I went to see it at the cinema, but it's unlikely I'll watch it a second time, unless it's available on a streaming service I'm subscribed too...
I know nothing of the games, so I can't comment on the fidelity of the plot or the characters. As far as I'm concerned, everyone was good enough in their roles, even Mark Wahlberg (and I'm not a big fan of his). So decent movie but probably not worth the full price of a cinema ticket?
