Power of the Dog
Although this film is on Netflix, I saw it at a screening in the cinema, which I believe helped with the extremely beautiful scenery in this film. This, together with a Stella cast, made It an enjoyable 2 hours of entertainment. The story itself was ok, but the amazing acting with both humour and empathy made this film worthy of it’s award nominations.

Saw that movie last year at its LFF Gala screening. Beautiful movie, great acting, and that twist *chef's kiss* (totally saw it coming but still, the acting!)
It's a slow movie at times, and it can be quite "dark" and potentially "triggering", but damn, this movie deserved all the awards it got!
