Thanks to superhero for the link for a free lunch/dinner at Fire and Stone in Spitalfields. We had a nice lunch for 3 of us and although the offer said we'd get a main course and a soft drink, we were also offered an antipasto starter. Spitalfields was buzzing with the monthly tea dance going on (with live music and lots of people having a go on the dance floor!).

So many thanks superhero for sharing it with us.

We got there and were told not only was there a free main and drink but mezze starter too.

A huge thanks to a_person who kindly got me tickets for the Diary of a Wimpy Kid and Tinker Bell what a lovely surprise when I opened my emails.
Also to Preston1990 for his IT know how and to hdaniel82 and her pursuit of Cats and Dogs tickets for me.
What a lot of lovely people o/

I am another one who is very grateful to Superhero for the Fire and Stone free meal offer. :beer:

We had a delicious meal for 4 last night. The staff were really welcoming and made a great fuss of the grandkids who ate up all of their food for a change.

This is the second free meal that we have enjoyed thanks to Superhero (the first being the wonderful brunch at Circus). o/

If he finds any more free meal deals maybe he should consider changing his name to Souperhero!
