lol anakin...actually we've only celebrated it in a small way each year but this year, after a death in the family, we got to talking about a lot of things we had kind of taken for granted about each other. Blah blah blah blah blah so to cut a long story short we're doing more silly romantic stuff together (like tonight
) and having a blast. I'm in love with my best friend and really, that's more than I deserve.
Member Number 69 of the 100 movies in 2019 Club. Lets see how we get on with this..... fingers crossed.

Even though we have the kids, hubby and I still go out of our way to "date". We have two or three weekends away each year on our own and this year we have even booked a full week away on our own to celebrate our wedding anniversary in October as we will have been married 20 years.
The little things that got you together in the first place are as important as the major events so I say celebrate absolutely everything! Two weeks ago we went out for a meal on the pretext that we were celebrating when we went on our first foreign holiday together - we went for Tapas so you can guess where our first holiday was!
Enjoy tonight Syd and do everything you shouldn't!

I won tickets through the evening standard to see "Into the Woods" this evening at Regents Park. Not only did I get quite wet, but also after waiting for some time in the rain for the play to start, it was announced that due to adverse weather conditions tonight's performance was being cancelled. People were told that they could exchange the tickets at the box office, which we tried to do. However, when we tried to exchange our tickets, the bastard at the box office told us that the tickets were non-exchangeable (tough luck!) so he refused to give us tickets for another date. I'm so furious. What would do you guys think I should do? Complain to the evening standard and/or to the Regent's Park Theatre?

Wow that is awful! I would try the ES first, and it was them that you won the tickets from.
