Well done Diane for fitting into your dress! That's one goal reached and something to be very proud of!

My new intermediate goal will be to not gain any unnecessary weight. So not to just let myself go and become huge just because I'm pregnant. Hopefully that will also mean that my longer term goal of getting back to my normal shape after giving birth as quickly as possible will be easier.

Still cycling everywhere which is good. My bum is definitely improving! ;-) Or is that too much information? Apart from that I am not doing as much exercise as I would like as I still feel very sick most of the time. However, we did go for a 2 hour brisk walk on Sunday afternoon to get some fresh air, some sunshine and a bit of exercise.

Keep up the good work everyone!!

Sorry to hear about Kate, MrGlass. She is a silly lady who doesn't know what she's missing! :)

Well done jmd1983 keeping up with the cycling and so sorry you're still feeling sick, that must be rubbish. How many weeks are you? I'm going to Holland in October for 5 days so I may be doing a bit of cycling, just reading up on it and how you can hire bikes I will be staying in The Hague (I think) and will do a day trip to Amsterdam.

Who's Kate? and sorry if she's upsetting our MrGlass!

Almost 18 weeks now Diane.

@Diane: Almost 18 weeks now. That's great that you're going to Holland. It can really be a lovely country if you know where to go. Not a huge fan of The Hague myself but it is conveniently located for everywhere. For good hotel deals, try weekendjeweg.nl (happy to translate if needs be). Let me know if you want to know any more. With all our foreign visitors I am becoming quite the expert! :)

Had my check up yesterday. Gained another half a kilo so 2.5 in total now. Not too bad I thought...

I've lost another 1lb but no inches, just realised that I've been on this thread since October 2009 and its taken me that long to lose a stone at least I won't have the problem of loose skin ;)
Jmd1983 thanks for your help with my Holland trip, I'm actually staying with a friend in Voorschotten which I think is in The Hague but maybe wrong; you're doing brilliantly with your weight gain sounds perfect o/
Has everyone else reached their targets as its been very quiet on here?

Glad you've got over Kate you can do far better than a gorgeous film star!

I was wondering about how everyone was getting on yesterday! I thought perhaps you'd all wasted away!
