A mesmerizing performance that combines video and soundscapes. Rosey Chan presents herself as she is today, as a young girl, and as a ninety year-old. Her script is her music (she is an accomplished concert pianist), combining core repertoire (Bach, Ravel, Scriabin) with jazz improvisations.

SATURDAY 18 SEPTEMBER
The People Band - JAZZ
An evening with a difference. Performers from the 40-strong People Band will give a live concert in Hall Two.
"My first exposure to free jazz came about through hearing and then performing with the People Band. This was in the early 70's. I have continued to play with the People Band since that time. The band is a loose collective but all of the original members still participate whilst still following a multitude of other interests (like myself). The band recorded (in the late 60's) an album that has recently been re-issued, produced by Charlie Watts of the Rolling Stones." Mike Figgis

Following dates in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington and New Jersey, screen legend Lynda Carter, best known for playing the iconic role of Wonder Woman in the hit TV series, returns to the West End for her first solo appearance in 30 years for two nights only on 17 and 18 September 2010 at the Garrick Theatre, to celebrate her solo album, At Last.

Lynda Carter: At Last is a rare musical evening with a living legend. Join Lynda as she infuses some of her favourite music with her own inimitable passion and style. In a true homage to her musical heroes, this critically lauded singer, whose successful sell-out concerts throughout America are second only to her global status as part of a true TV phenomenon, is backed by a live band on stage, showcasing her vocal talent at its very best.


Arriving in the West End ahead of any other international dates, Lynda Carter: At Last will be seen for the first time outside of America, offering Londoners a truly special experience.

Lynda Carter is an American actress best known internationally for playing the title character in the 1970s TV series Wonder Woman. She first came to the fore as a singer in the late 1970s when she released her first album Portrait, and sang two of its songs in the 1979 Wonder Woman episode, ‘Amazon Hot Wax’. She released her second solo album At Last thirty years later and has recently toured the US playing venues including Feinstein’s at Loews Regency and Lincoln Center in New York and the Kennedy Center in Washington DC.

Following his outstanding performances in Endgame and Eh Joe, Michael Gambon returns to the West End Stage in Beckett's classic one-man show, Krapp's Last Tape.

Gambon received huge acclaim following his performance in the role of Krapp at the Gate Theatre Dublin earlier this year.
Every year on his birthday self-absorbed Krapp sits down to record his memories from the past year. But on his 69th birthday he takes a step further into the past. Listening to his old recordings he soon stumbles upon a single tender memory from long ago that sparks his growing regret as he starts to question whether his present lives up to his past.
