Does anyone know how to say "Can everyone please book meeting rooms in advance and not just walk in and assume it will be fine" without sounding majorly p'ssed off?

Congrats Asthma Man!!!!! Knew you'd do it, and in record time too!!!!!!!!
Just come back from a work networking thing. Had a brilliant time and I've come back loaded down with lots of yummy chocs, sweets, cupcakes, even a wee bottle of champers, manicure sets (got 2 sets weeeee), mini perfume (nothing special), fruit (yeah, fruit!!), and loads of work related goodies. I also managed to win one of the raffles - a sanctuary spa day. Result!! I'm a happy bunny!!......Now I just need to get these heels off and find my snuggy wabbit slippers.
