Lets hope as its now winter we get all the cinema freebies or else I will have to use my Coke tickets which I have been saving.

Yes, it is freezing! The weather is coming from the Arctic apparently!

I just had to endure the freezing cold draughty swimming pool at our local leisure centre (we take the grandkids every week). It is just about bearable in the summertime.

At least it didn't cost us anything. At the Sky screening the other week I collected enough lids from Schweppes water bottles to p*y for our swimming for the rest of the year o/

I was swimming in the outdoor pool at David Lloyds this morning. Water is heated so it was fine but very cold running back in from the pool into the main building. As MM said it was very cold here today but I enjoy swimming outdoors even in the winter. Aye, we are a hardy lot up here in the north!

The live show goes out at 10pm and finishes at 10.30pm. When are you going?
we're going next Tuesday :D
they say on the tickets that the recording starts at 8.30pm
does that mean we will have to stand 1H30 waiting for the show to really start? 8O

OH went to Prague for a long weekend with 9 friends and brought back a box of delicious-looking Czech chocolates, which he left in the kitchen on Tuesday. I remarked on them and assumed they were for me, but resisted eating them at the time as I was tired from a late night at the theatre and was going straight to bed. Yesterday I came home from work thinking I would try some, only for him to say he had taken them to work for his colleagues! I had honestly thought they were for me whilst he hadn't realised I'd misunderstood, so then we both felt bad. Well he was just lucky I hadn't eaten them immediately - no-one should leave chocolate unattended in my presence!
