Ive just tried to get my healthy gym session on, managed 10 mins on the crosstrainer, and 20 mins on the bike....it was RAMMED.
Never seen anything like it in my entire life 8O

On the bright side, I asked my course director for feedback on my folder cause everyones work seemed to be way better than mine, and I felt a bit worried. After he saw my folder, he showed it to 5 guys from my course and said that my folder was what he was looking for and it was the best he'd seen so far.

I think I had a small stroke when he said that 8O

S -The situation

C - complication

R - reason for the above

A - action wanted

P - polite

It helps to remember this in a lot of letter writing and always end with a polite note, for example - looking forward to your early reply!!
Hope this helps.
Excellent advice... Thanks.
That is brilliant, I have just written another letter of complaint; I am becoming quite militant now! Girls you are teaching me so well o/

Enjoy your trip to Holland, Diane. I love going there too. And its the greatest place to cycle, you get your own roads, no cars to worry about :)

Oh and good luck with your complaint, they should definitely compensate you somehow.

Yep, I have 6 weeks and 2 days to go! So I won't be going to the cinema much and there seems to be good films on probably around then.

I guess you have another job lined up in the new year prettyxcool?
