What is confusing though is that they send you a password and you log in to their booking system, but it still asks you for your card details even though the billing address automatically says the theatre. I contacted them and someone emailed me to say I had to go through all the steps and then someone different emailed me a booking confirmation to say my tickets would be at the box office and my booking ref is xxxx - so I don't think you do actually have to go through the card details bit. Will find out tomorrow anyway when they may claim never to have heard of my booking!

By the same line of reasoning, maybe we'll get tickets to Arcade Fire too. :cross: :cross: :cross:

I got some of the tickets for the Three Muskateers at Kingston next Wednesday, its says age 8+ so was planning on taking the kids, if anyone goes to any of the performances that were available earlier in the week could you let me know if you think it will actually be suitable for 8 years olds, if not I'll give it a miss and pass the tickets on.

Thanks! :)
Preferred Cinema's now Paignton or Exeter!

LOL....they must be getting alot of abuse to post this:

Cancellations:
Recently we have had an occasion where a show that we have offered tickets to, after they were given to us, have been cancelled/not honoured at the last minute and we were not informed.
Whilst we are very sorry about this it is beyond our control and as we were not told were unable to let anyone know. As our service is free of charge, we cant offer refunds and out of the 100,000’s of tickets we have given away, this has happened twice. Apologies, for inconvenience, but it is beyond our control.
As ever, abusive emails will not be responded to.

How would they know it has only happened twice, not everyone complains! It is not entirely beyone their control anyway, the theatre hasn't honoured the deal so they should have a go at them.
