I'm even keener to see it now, but think the best I can hope for is a half-price ticket from the booth (they had them yesterday) - at least until after press night, when they might not need to offer any spares, if all the reviews are this good.

Went to the Taro Hakase Christmas concert at the Cadogan Hall on Friday. It was my first FMUK freebie : )
It wasn't the type of thing I normally go to so it was great to 'broaden my horizons'! I quite enjoyed it and I must say it was a far lovelier atmosphere than what I'm used to. : ) Thanks FMUK!

A Flea in Her Ear dress rehearsal on Saturday was excellent, the sets were really good, specially the decadent Hotel Coq d'Or, and the cast superb. Laughed all the way through (the Spanish couple were our favourites), and will definitely go see it again, I'm sure they will do some more freebies.

A Flea in her ear - Interesting that people seem to like it, I thought it was far too whimisical and slapstick for me. The 2nd act I thought, I am watching a panto or is this really a play at the Old Vic?? I guess it's at least suitable for the christmas audience. The 1st set I believe when we watched it at the rehearsal wasn't finished, the 2nd whilst better than most, wasn't as good as Design for Living. My friend liked the 1st act more than the 2nd, when he thought it looked like something from Allo allo.
Suitable Christmassy but only 6.5/10 for me

fun, frenetic and full of song, its family friendly and really its one for the kids. It felt like a pantomine on speed haha. and good value at £7 per ticket, if thats what they are charging.
i want to be a Musketeer, why-aye man!

I'd rather choke to death on a rancid olive than sit through Onassis again.

It was okay, Onassis, but I wouldn't sit through it again (then again I don't sit through most things twice)
