Well done Annej, enjoy next weekend and keep it in control the rest of the weekAnneJ wrote:Lol, this weather definitely makes me want to eat more and Baileys is so tempting in the cold!! but I keep telling myself if I relax too much I will just spend January trying to lose what I would have put on!! If I have a treat 1 day, I've been eating less the other days, although I definitely won't be sticking to this next weekend

We're with ya all the way;) And great rescue of the WW thread!Diane65 wrote:Hi everyone, just getting this thread to the front page again as due to having difficulty breathing in my snug (as in tight not warm) clothes I think I need to get back on the healthy eating programme and upping my exercises. And Glassy qualifies for yet another job in his extensive list! Well done mate. From what I've been reading on this thread I'm sure you'll be great at it.
Go ahead, make my day - by visiting my blog: http://jacobthehobnob.wordpress.com/

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2011" club. I saw 20, interestingly enough. My more realistic target was to see more free films than TheyCallMeMrGlass. I lost.

Oh I'm struggling here, I can't wait to go home and be on my own. My sister just keeps shoving food at me and I'm trying to refuse but its so hard. She got us each a massive box of Ferrer Rocher, mine's upstairs unopened, but her's is finished. She has 2 helpings of everything, I have resisted that, but its bloody hard I tell you

If Mr Glass reads this, he will probably run all the way to the New Forest to rescue you!

Hmm, I doubt that will cut any ice with the in-house fitness fanatic. Do you think you dare return to London now, Valda?!

I'm trying to think what else there is in the way of food. I don't normally stay this long so the next day and a half will be a surprise. We've had the roast, the Christmas pudding and mince pie. The cold meat, pickles mash and trifle, tonight will hopefully be nothing or, turkey sandwich.

Re: Weight Watchers
Seriously regretting the amount of food ive eaten D:
realised again why I avoid large amounts of chocolate, just glad that its only been these 2 days though,
dont think i could survive any more
pretty much going to make sure i go to the gym almost every day this week D:
1- to work off the much regretted food and 2- to have a shower since the one at home has been broken for a month now :S
