Don't fret girls about what have eaten over Xmas, as long as you enjoyed your weekend. So what now? you got a lot of chocolates and cakes left, huh? Well done for not eating it all! Now, save some for New Years Eve, your next comfort day of the week or better still give it away to people who's health you really dont care about such as your boss or that git sitting 2 desks from you.

Now you focus on the quality food, less on the junk, get back into the healthy eating now, Christmas is over but the fun continues in pursuing your healthy goals ;) Gyms are open again today, and get as much exercise in as you can, you'll feel good about yourselves. I know there is a lot of snow still but you can workout at home too.

Valda, what's that gold glittery thing in your hand? Is that a ferrer rocher...OK put that away, now, there's a good girl. No no, not in your mouth...

LOL I'm sitting here looking at them, still unopened. I'm going back home tomorrow so I'll check out the gym and stuff. I better find out what's up with my knee and the alarming crunching noise its making

I have lost my box of Ferrero Rocher :tears: , I had them at work last Wednesday and have not seen them since 8O I can assure you that they would have been devoured by me if I could have found them, I have used up a lot of time and energy in the search for them.
I am dreading getting on the scales again but I promise that I will be good and get back into the healthy eating regime yet again. We will all soon be back on track :cross:

It's the LACK of junk food that I'm feeling. I ate my Xmas chocolate orange in one go on Xmas Day (but I did then go out for a walk before the Xmas meal) and there's nothing else sinful at home. There's some stuff at work but none of the usual chocolates and the few biscuits have gone. What's left is unattractive fare like cold sausage rolls, pork pies, crisps and other savoury things - and some gooey chocolate cake, but who wants to eat that in the morning? I shall have to go out and b*y my own rubbish!

I have 7 boxes left and I'm more than happy to share. I agree cold sausages and pork pies don't have the same appeal!
Just off now to meet a friend for a coffee and I'll make it an Americano instead of a cappucino so I'm trying to be good.

I've got 32 Ferrero Rocher and that's the only chocolate I have down here. I had a tube of Pringles, made that last 2 days so I'm proud of that. Whether I can resist the trifle that's bound to be winging its way to me sometime today, is another question

There's an M & S franchise at work so I've just treated us to a twin-pack of their new Belgian chocolate cheesecake slices - that's my transgression for today sorted! (According to my rules I am allowed to eat anything for the purpose of experimenting. It only counts if it becomes a habit. I don't know if Mr Glass is familiar with that one, however, as I find it's not widely known though I am doing my best to spread the word.)

You doing well girls, remember that dress you love wearing and you just about fitting into, you want to keep wearing that lovely dress dont you? Keep thinking that...fight those temptations, drink lots of water which will stop those cravings and have your proper meals.

mmm I can see you all looking sexy in that dress...though it does look it a bit funny how you all tightly squeezed together in that one dress.

Dress! You must be thinking of a_person, Mr Glass! No-one is getting me in a dress and not because it wouldn't fit!
