I saw the film last night with friends. Cinema screen was full, they had to turn people away.

I really enjoyed the film, I thought the build up of suspense was great and although the plot was slightly stretched in some places, whilst watching the film I was just swept into it.

I'm not a good critic, I generally really enjoy everything I watch but I'd say 9/10. I thought the whole plan and how it came together was just genius... would give so many ideas to someone trying to plan a genuine jail-break ;)

If I'm honest I hadn't heard of this film and had never watched any trailers, so I was a little unsure what the film was about or who was in it. I've got to day I was pleasantly supprised with the film and I really enjoyed it. Defo worth p*ying for tickets, even better when tickets were free. 7.5 out of 10.

Saw this at Leeds Light a couple of days ago. Had seen the French version, and loved it, and initially had not been interested in this version, as it seemed to copy too much.

However, I quite enjoyed it even though I knew the story, and even gasped from time to time.

Leeds Light was pretty busy, and so it was irritating that so many people came in late, expecting to get seats, together, at the back. (The tickets are free - get there earlier if you want your choice of seats.... )

Apologies to the people sitting in front of us - you will know who you are if you are reading this. My elderly neighbour decided to hit them over the head with the sign for VIP seats, I don't think he sees well in the dark, and I think he probably was not sure where he was, and was just trying to tidy up... Or he may have felt we were sitting somewhere where we shouldn't be, although we had discussed this MANY times before the film started. Whatever, I am very sorry.

Really enjoyed this film Sunday morning ..... loved the intensity of how it all came together in the end. But my OH was cynical about the wife trying to throw herself out of the car towards the end, realising that the son might have to be left behind. She didn't know, of course, what her husband had put himself through!!!!

Great viewing nevertheless.

Saw the film on the 14th (December). Thought it wasn't bad, but could have been a lot better. Crowe's turn was steller, however it got a bit too much near the end.

Seen it last Tuesday, I loved it. The room was half full, that's a shame. Anyway, I loved every minute of it, I felt like bitting all my nails from beginning to end!
