Morning all.. :p

Hope everyone is happy and healthy. I'm finding my way with WW and doing ok..as i had a pack of 6 muller rice almost out of date :shifty: I felt obliged to eat three of them..hmmm very nice and not that filling yet the adverts says otherwise.. 8O now thats a first.

I was tempted to try for a nice round 6 and skip tea but OH was watching over his eyebrows so thought better of it.

Just got back from the gym ready to watch something on iplayer with a trusty muller rice ..greedy oh snitched the other two :undecided:

Have a great day!

Fell off the wagon with a crash yesterday. On Wednesday I was all ready to go to the gym then found out the baggy tshirt I thought I'd packed was actually tght and I looked like a beach ball so there was no way I was going.

So yesterday I met with friends to go see Russell Howard doing a work in progress (£10) I ended up having 2 pints of lager, and I'd not had a drink for ages. So fo course when I went home I went a bit mad. Started off with and egg on toast, then a small side plate sized pizza, then attacked the Ferrero Rocher. I must have had about 6 of those  Still it can't be helped sometimes

Now i think you did the best thing..i went to the gym on Wednesday with a slightly too short t-shirt and felt crap..trying to not raise my arms in case ..er well just in case 8O but longer t-shirt today and scared memory erased. The dreaded Ferrero Rocher did well considering they were even in the house and lets me honest we would have attached them and dusted off the crumbs weeks ago.

Today's another day Valda, be happy, don't worry ..i think i feel a song coming on :p allsinging

I travelled to worcester yesterday with my friend to grab some ridiculously cheap art supplies from a resource centre we were going to go subway, a reasonably cheap healthy-ish option, but once we got there she saw a chine buffet with student discount, i didnt have much choice inthe matter which annoyed me somewhat :/ was going to go to the gym today but now cant since my buses arent running with the snow even though its sleet....
will have to make a start at my gym in coventry again on monday
will be out of temptations way once i leave home!

Girls that made me smile about your stories about the snug t-shirts as I have been working all week in tight trousers (its a uniform hence no choice). Why oh why did I have to over indulge; but I have been good all week food wise but no exercise as I have been going to bed early so I don't eat but really have a craving for a creme egg but can't have it on my treat day as I'm going out for coffee and cake with my friend on Monday. rawr_xoxo you didn't have much of a choice so its ok (someone else may disagree - if you know who I mean  )

Well I'm feeling a bit more postive today. I've still not made it to the gym, and there's still some FR's left. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? Once they've gone, they've gone.

So this morning I weighed myself and I've lost 3lbs and .92% of my bodyfat. o/
I promise I will get to the gym at least twice this week. I've found my bigger gym clothes so I won't feel so down.

Hope you are all doing well vx

Im moving back today :D hurray! I get my shower back AND i can use my student gym and fitness evolved :D
and for MrG's interestss..

I tried out the fitness evolved game on friday and jesus does it do what it says on the tin!
it tailors personal training programs to your needs depending on what you want, for example, i chose 'slimming down' then it gave me specific options such as 'lose weight', 'tone up bum and thighs' etc, there are workouts named purposely to give you an impression of what they are going to do, I decided to opt for "work up a sweat" and needless to say i regretted not putting on my gym clothes, it worked a gem, and my legs have suffered ever since for it!
it trackls your body through each movement to make sure your doing it correctly, telling yo to raise your arms, squat lower, widen your legs as you progress through each routine as well as giving you handy tips for iimprovement at the end and the amount of calories youve burned based on thhe body proportions that it measures and your weight(which you enter in)
theres also a bunch of gym games if you want to have fun with a friend
and fitness classes, i tried a few minutes of boxercise before my mom came home, it was a bit slow for me (since ive done boxercise xclases) but to access the harder difficulties you hav to unlock them(still a game element)
you can also b*y content from online to improve your workout :)
all round im very impressed and confident that it could take place of the gym on the nights i cant make it :)
