No folks, don't get excited - I would tell you in the unlikely event that I came across something before anyone else. It's just the name the Guardian uses for its DVD rental service but it's Lovefilm really. There must be others who use this? They are always doing free trials but the incentive is usually cinema or pizza vouchers whereas a £20 voucher for a shop I use a lot anyway was better for me. If I'd only pa*d for the first month (£7.99) and had already had a month's trial, that would have been a total of 8 DVDs for the £7.99 PLUS the £20 voucher, so quite good.

Sticking my nose in here....tell me to get lost
Valda, don't stress out hon!! He's your ex for a reason. You don't have to look great for him. Only for YOURSELF.
Ok, When is the concert? If you want to get into those jeans do the kelloggs diet until then (unless its a few weeks/months down the line). If the concert is one of these days, you could wear a dress or blouse/skirt if you don't want to wear those jeans. Whatever you decide, make the most of your cleavage & leg and draw his attention away from the 'bulging bits'.
Along with the right accessories, hair and makeup you'll be looking and feeling a million dollars. Now, go for it and have a great time, don't even think about 'bloating or bulging bits'!!!!

That's my 10cents. Now lets sing along..
"Let it burnnnnnnnnnnn, let it burnnnnnnnnn, let it burnnnnnnnnnnnn......"

Re: The Diary Room
I took my DD to a few when she was a baby and they were pretty good. The odd squeak but as everyone has a baby nobody is too bothered. Lights were dim and sound was lower than usual. Her first film was 2Fast2Furious lol!weirdfilms33 wrote:Do those screenings really work? I'm sure that you will look fabulous and no man is worth getting stressed about; if you are as beautiful on the outside as you are inside he should count himself lucky to have your company for the evening. I believe that Usher is brilliant in concert so just enjoy the night and have fun.valda wrote:I don't think they will help me get into my jeans, especially as I'll be stressed out and all bloated uptilly wrote:Try spanx heard they are great!valda wrote:My ex emailed me last night about Usher, I rather hoped he'd forgotten. Re: The Diary Room
Completely agree with Diane65, except I KNOW you look as fab as you are so you have nothing to worry about. If anything, he should be worrying whether he can keep up with you!Diane65 wrote:I'm sure that you will look fabulous and no man is worth getting stressed about; if you are as beautiful on the outside as you are inside he should count himself lucky to have your company for the evening. PS Which of the Usher concerts are you going to? I'm going to the Thursday evening one I think.
