Ok spoke to mother, and she smacked my head quite deservedly. So no long lost twin and thankfully no guilt in not having to share my toys.

Well hope everyone is doing well so far, just keep thinking of your goals when temptations p*y you a visit :)

I weighed myself for the first time in a couple of weeks, and I've lost 5lbs so yay for me :P I've still had a couple of bags of popcorn at the cinema but not had any really bad stuff. If I could lose another 5lb by Usher I'll be pretty pleased with myself o/

that's what I need to do, get back to the gym but I'm always so tired, and the aches and pains seem to come along on gym day :tears: Don't worry about the weight gain, women go up and down some times in a month

yeah my mom has that problem too, its almost like god doesnt want her to go!
she decides to go, she gets a cold on the day shes meant to go,
she decides to go once its cleared up, her back packs in so he can hardly walk
she decides to go, the swimming pool is closed for refurbishment
the list is literally endless!

yeah im sure ill be ok, i just always get worried about putting everything back on again!

i think i overdid my leg weight on thursday! ive started to do more reitance training than muscle gain, and my legs definitely didnt like it!
couldnt do the weights at all the day after!
on monday ill try again, but im gonna start staying for more than an hour now, going to get all my arm/ab weights back in again, maybe get some gel for my ab belt again since the student gym doesnt have that neat vibroplate thing :(

Well done Valda, that is brilliant. I've been rubbish this year but not put on any weight, I go out far too much so have no time to exercise 8O I just over commit; this weekend alone I have been out for a meal, worked Saturday morning, cinema 3 times, dog groomers, visiting friends, shopping for birthday pressies and just finished the ironing and cleaning and now out 5 days on the run after work. I really do need to schedule exercise into my diary or my hard work from last year will be lost!
