Cork is lovely, very friendly people, good places to eat and nice pubs too, you can wander in anytime and see a group of locals playing trad. music and singing without a care in the world...

We stayed in a great b&b that gave us possibly the best breakfast EVER, I can dig up the name of it if you haven't booked anywhere yet..

And you can take a short trip to Cobh which was Titanic's last stop before you know what...

I have just seen the Artefacts Exhibition at the 02, so this would really interest me. When you say a short trip, would you know, how far it is from Cork City Centre, say, by car?
