I hope this film makes good use of 3D, it should have some great battles and lightning bolts etc.

I've told my mate it starts 1 hour earlier because I want to get good seats for the 3D experience

I always rated Kenneth Branagh highly even for his slated Frankenstein and I really like Dead Again

Thor was bad... Really bad... More on the mindless rather than the entertainmenr side... A few funny moments, Thor was quite the eye candy and that's about the good side of it... Asgard was too sci fi looking, the costumes and decors appeared quite cheap... I don't regret seeing it, it wasn't that bad, but still.. Oh yes and the 3d was pointless and sort of non existent. 6/10 from me

I guess going to earn money was the better option then. :p

There are worse ways to spend a couple of hours. Full house in Leicester Square. No classic, but I didn't really expect that with an action fantasy (the only exception maybe Lord of the Rings). Don't know if was deliberate but a nice touch of casting with Swede actor Stellan Skarsgard (Mamma Mia) as Natalie Portman's fellow astrophysicist with the Norse/Scandinavian/Viking connection...
