Re: Immortals
To be honest I don't expect much of the movie plot wise, but it would be a shame if even the graphics are not too innovativehopeprince wrote:Hope so because would hate henry being in a mimic

I think the movie should be good, Tarsem Singh has worked on The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and The Cell, the eye candy is plenty (apart from Henry I adore Freida Pinto as well, such a gorgeous woman!) and there will be lots of action. I am sure I will enjoy it

Re: Immortals
I'm a bit of a Tarsem apologist, The Cell worked visually for me but the plot wasn't really there (but then it had J.Lo in...). The Fall I think is a bit of a flawed masterpiece, visually absolutely stunning (but then coming from the world of fashion he had to have an eye for something) and at least the plot was somewhat cognitive this time round. Immortals piques my interest and I think it will be another excellent visual film, my concern as per others on here from the teaser trailer is that it looks very similar to Clash of Titans with that beige pallet and that seemed to borrow from 300. Perhaps that's just the nature of the subject matter? I hold hopes for this, their just not too high, especially after that trailer. However marketing people have killed films before by focusing the trailers on the wrong things just because both 300 and Clash made money before....here's hoping they've done it again this time!

Immortals has an Official Website now and you can follow them on Facebook and Twitter and they tweeted 4 hours ago

Basically Tarsem express his disappointment that you can't put much blood, violence and sex in a trailer as there is plenty in the movie itself, what a charming man
