I was vaguely clinging to the receding hope they might put some proper child actors in it to reaplce the dismal current lot, but I guess that isnt going to happen now.

YEAH BABY. worth the free ticket. in fact i think this films final epic magic mashups will eclipse anything seen previously in fantasy films.

Gee God, how young are you all that you squeal because of a film? Yes, I plan to watch it at some point but about 4 weeks into the run to make sure all the squealers will have seen it already and won't be in my screening!

Good thing Robert Pattinson was killed off in the 4th film or you might have to wait 8 weeks to watch itBeate wrote:Gee God, how young are you all that you squeal because of a film? i know it's sad but i will be quite upset when this is finally released as it's actually over and i've so enjoyed the excitement and build up to each film coming out and then looking forward to the next.

The problem I have with each film is that I can't remember what happened before so I practically have to read it all again - especially with a film that opens in the middle of the last book!

Re: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2
I love the books and feel the films have never really been as good as they should have been. I know the film franchise is hugely successful and lots of fans love the movies, but each time I walk out of the cinema I feel disappointed. Let's hope the final part can justify splitting the last book into two films and also give the series the ending it deserves.

I remember thinking I'd never be able to wait a whole year for each episode of Lost, and when it was nearly all over I remember thinking how will I cope without it? Easy, the next big thing will come along to get into. Still waiting for something so big though

Re: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2
They're starting work on The Dark Tower series by Stephen King and there was talk of doing both films and TV shows. So if that takes off, it could be the next huge franchise to replace the void left by HP.

Re: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2
Dark Tower is pretty wierd.
I'd love to see Books of Magic on celluloid, that would be well epic. Someone is tackling the 10 part Sandman saga, that would be bizarre on screen. Who on earth do you cast as Morpheus?? (dont say Laurnce Fishburne haha).
